✓ Not Happy? Full Refund — Keep the Item
If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
You do not need to return the product. You keep the original item.
To request a refund, email info@trendyvice.com with your order number.
✓ Wrong Size? Free Replacement — Keep the Original
If the size isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement in a different size, free of charge: one pair for single-pair orders, or one 4-Pack for 4-Pack orders.
You keep the original. No need to return it.

How Refunds Are Issued
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. No return needed.
