Our Wrong Size Guarantee
If you receive your order and discover that the size is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
As part of our customer satisfaction commitment, Trendyvice will send one replacement pair in a different size free of charge.
To request a replacement size, please contact us at info@trendyvice.com and include your order number and the size you originally ordered.
This guarantee applies to one replacement pair per order.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or personal-use reasons. These exclusions, if applicable, are noted on the product page.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
