Refund policy

We want you to be happy with every order. Here's how you're covered:

Not Happy? Full Refund — Keep the Item

If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You do not need to return the product. Once your refund is approved, you keep the original item.

Wrong Size? Free Replacement — Keep the Original

If the size isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send one replacement pair in a different size, free of charge. You keep the original pair — no need to return it.

To request a replacement, email info@trendyvice.com with your order number and the size you originally ordered. This applies to one replacement pair per order.

How Refunds Are Issued

Once approved, refunds go to your original payment method. Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we'll make it right.
